Investing.com – US stocks rose after closing on Tuesday after gains in sectors and sectors pushed stocks higher.

The best performers at the S&P 500 were Tesla Inc (NASDAQ :), which rose 9.35% to 711.11, Diamondback Energy Inc. (NASDAQ :), which rose 8.17% to set at 132.28 and Pioneer’s natural resources Co (NYSE :), which rose 7.12% to close at 237.55.

The worst performers were DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc (NYSE :), which fell 15.01% to 76.05 at the end of trading, Bath & Body Works Inc. (NYSE :), which lost 9.45% to set at 30.36 and Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ :), which fell 4.09% to 157.05 at close.

The best performers at the NASDAQ Composite were Valneva SE ADR (NASDAQ :), which rose 93.14% to 26.48, G Medical innovation Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ :), which rose 45.45% to 0.96% Clovis Oncology Inc (NASDAQ :), which rose 38.98% to close at 1.64.

The worst performers were Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment (NASDAQ :), which fell 46.46% to 0.62 at the end of trading, 9 Meters Biopharma Inc (NASDAQ :)), which lost 43.59% to set at 0.29 and ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ :), which decreased by 33.32% to 13.01 at the close.

Rising stocks outperformed declining on the New York Stock Exchange by 2,335 to 852 and 103 ended unchanged; on the Nasdaq stock exchange 2678 rose and 1218 fell, while 160 ended unchanged.
