Thor: Love and thunder is Marvel’s fourth film tor series and marks the second time Taika Whitey has taken the director’s place in the franchise. He also directed the previous entry in the series, Thor: Ragnarokwhich took Thor’s story in a livelier and more comedic direction, bringing fresh life to what was one of Marvel’s dirtiest properties.
Ragnarok proved successful enough to land Taika Whitey in a second tor a concert that makes Thor the only Avengers ever to receive four solo films. This raises the question of whether the director can be tempted again Thor 5.
Speaking of Full access to Fandango in a recent interview, Taika Whitey was asked if he remembered his tor films as parts of a trilogy with a third and final record yet to come. The director, who is certainly already familiar with Marvel’s spoiler prevention guide, admitted that he did not think of the movies as part of a trilogy, but declined to say more specifically:
“I didn’t think of it as part of a new trilogy, because every time I make a movie, I think, ‘I’m never going to do it again because,’ because they’re too difficult.” This is every movie. I’ve done it eight times already. I’ve said it eight times: “I think I’ll just pack it. I ran well. And then you will surely be lured back with a Yankee dollar. Cookies brought back by them … and those Oscars. ”
is Thor: Ragnarok is an indication, fans would surely be happy to see Taika Whitey return to the world of tor for a third trip. Whether he does it or not may depend on the reaction of the audience and the critics. Thor: Love and thunderwhich comes out next month.
