Senators agree on arms legislation

“A preliminary deal in the Senate, which will solidify federal weapons laws and provide billions of dollars new money to prevent future mass shootings, approached the reality on Tuesday after the negotiating arrangements that delayed the draft bill, by dragging it down the road to be passed into law by the end of the month. ” Washington Post reports.
