Obi-Wan star Kenobi Hayden Christensen talks about Darth Vader’s physics

“I think this process was very important to me. I had to become that hero again, physically. I just consumed as many calories as possible. I raised 25 or 30 pounds to make up for it [Darth Vader] suit. I try to avoid the father thing. And I was trying to support Vader’s body after we finished. But, honestly, I just got back to my old diet. I kind of deflated after that. ”
