Fortnite is testing a clever way to help you find teammates

Fortnite it can be an absolute blast to play with your friends, but matching random players is more shocking. In some of the randomized groups I’ve been to, coordinating any kind of effective strategy can be a challenging endeavor, especially if some team members want to rush into battle, while others would prefer to play slowly. To help you find better teammates, Fortnite Developer Epic Games is testing new social profile tags that allow you to specify how you want to play and can be used to compare you to other players with unanimity.

According to a blog postThe tags will include things like your favorite game modes and whether you want to use a microphone or not. If you’ve added at least one social tag, you’ll be able to send and receive party invitations from people with matching tags who are in your server region using the new “Looking for a party” tab in the sidebar menu. You can turn Looking For Party on or off, so if you don’t want to receive invitations from other players based on your tags, just turn it off.

You may not yet have Social Bookmarks and Looking For Party features as they are currently being tested. “These features will be gradually deployed for all players at a test-dependent speed,” Epic said. And you’ll want to make sure you have the latest game update, which was released on Tuesday.

The epic has begun of Fortnite last season earlier in June, and it’s all about the vibrations. Darth Vader is an unlockable skin for this seasonal battle pass and as part of the latest update you can fight it on Fortnite island to get a lightsaber to throw.
