Dana Delaney joins Taylor Sheridan’s Deadline series

Dana Delaney (Composition of evidence) will join Sylvester Stallone in the new original series Tulsa King for Paramount +.

Delaney will play Margaret, a rich and influential horse racer and owner of an extensive horse farm and animal reserve. She is a great presence and guardian of the Annie Oakley Society.

Tulsa King follows the capo of the New York mafia Dwight “General” Manfredi (Stallone) after being released from prison after 25 years and unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla. Realizing that his mob family may not care about his best interests, Dwight is slowly building a team of unlikely heroes to help him build a new criminal empire in a place that may be another planet to him.

The series also stars Andrea Savage, Martin Starr, Max Casella, Domenico Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, Jay Will, AC Peterson and Gareth Hedlund.

Delaney won an Emmy for Best Actress and won two other nominations for Best Actress Chinese beach and recently participated in The Code, the Comedians and God’s hand.

Taylor Sheridan serves as executive producer Terence Winter (The Sopranos), who will also lead as a showrunner and writer. Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, Tulsa King will premiere in two episodes on Sunday, November 13, on Paramount +, behind the premiere of season 5 on Yellowstone.
