Britney Spears69-year-old father and former quaestor, Jamie Spears, has filed court documents accusing his married daughter of conducting an intense defamation campaign on social media against him. He also reportedly feared that her upcoming memoirs would do the same. Jamie filed the paperwork on Friday, per TMZ. According to the publication, he specifically wants her removed in order to respond to allegations that under her restrictive protection, which Jamie was in control, she had to give eight vials of blood for medical treatment. He also wants her questioned about her allegations that she was forced to take part in therapy and that she was denied the need to take pain medication.

Ironically, Britney’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart recently summoned Jamie for refusing to testify in court in May on behalf of Britney. “Despite his apparently false claims that he “has nothing to hide” and therefore would not “hide anything”, James P. Spears is fleeing and hiding from his testimony and reporting his misconduct – under oath – as required by law. ” “The documents indicated, according to Daily Mail.

In fact, by stating that he would “cooperate unconditionally” and act with “full unconditional transparency”, Mr Spears has been involved in breaking and obstructing – for more than six months – evading his testimony and repeatedly failing to respond to simple requests for basic information, they said.

Jamie’s new legal demands come less than a year after Britney’s 13-year mentorship was disbanded in November after a very public court battle. In December, Jamie demanded that Britney be forced to continue to pay her own costs. Britney has repeatedly publicly accused her father of abuse of guardianship under legislation introduced in 2008 after a series of incidents in the mid-2000s that called into question the singer’s mental health. In particular, Britney compared it to a sexual trafficker and said he “likes” to have “control” over her.

Britney inexplicably deleted her Instagram account yesterday after her mother Lynn Spears rushed in one of her emoji posts. Also earlier this week, Britney hit her brother Brian Spears in a June 14 post saying he he was never invited at her stellar wedding on June 9 with a 28-year-old actor / model Asgari himself.
