A double post on the UN refugee page on Instagram shared a photo of Stiller talking to UNHCR staff in Poland. The actor mentions in his caption how he learns, shares stories and offers support to those in need.
“I am here to study, to share stories that illustrate the human impact of the war and to strengthen calls for solidarity,” he said. “I hope you will follow and share your own messages of support for people who have fled their homes in Ukraine and for people who have been forced to flee around the world. Everyone has the right to seek safety. Whoever, wherever and whenever. ”
Stiller joined other celebrities, including Sean PennAngelina Jolie and Mila Kunis, who have backed humanitarian efforts in Ukraine as the country continues to suffer from the Russian invasion.
