Several people, including a police officer, were injured in a shooting during a June Street street party party attended by hundreds of people in northwestern Washington, D.C., on Sunday night. The shooting took place on U Street between 14th and 13th Streets, about thirteen blocks north of the White House. This report does not confirm the number of people injured in the shooting; police only said “several people” had been shot.
