A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, subpoenas Giuliani, Eastman and Graham for Jan. 6 conspiracies

Not the House Election Commission of January. 6, who wants a better look at many of those involved in Donald Trump’s scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Thanks to their wide-ranging activity in many states, local, state and federal investigations are underway into the actions taken by the Trump team in an attempt to overturn the will of the American people.

No state may have borne more of Trump’s focused anger than Georgia. President Joe Biden won the state by more than 12,500 votes, making him second only to Arizona when it comes to the narrowest margin of victory. This was well outside the realm of possible change that could be addressed by a recount, but Georgia held a recount anyway. When that didn’t make things better for Trump, he asked for a third Georgia count, which he did. Trump still lost, and by a larger margin than ever before.

But Trump wasn’t done with Georgia. Until January. 6, the Trump team tried every possible way to steal Georgia’s electoral votes. And now, some of the most famous names in MAGA country are facing a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia. That includes Rudy Giuliani, Senator. Lindsay Graham and attorney John Eastman.
